Integrated photodiode and cross – resistance amplifiers in a single chip, in discrete design, can reduce the common problems, such as leakage current errors, noise and the gain peak due to stray capacitance. And 0.09*0.09inch photoelectric diode working in the light guide mode, can have very good linearity and extremely low dark current OPT101 working voltage is 2.7 to 36V, static current only 120uA. Don’t need infrared.
